BOOK A SERVICE 

  • Services advertised and provided through BeMoore Connected Limited are provided by third party companies and practitioners.
  • BeMoore Connected Limited can not be held liable for services provided by third-party companies and practitioners.

OUR SPACE at The Old Mill, East Grinstead.

Our beautiful space provides you with a wide range of equipment including:

  • 30 Yoga mats
  • 20 Yoga straps
  • 20 Soft large yoga blocks
  • 40 Yoga Bricks
  • 20 Blue Bands
  • 24 Bolsters
  • 1 x sand bag
  • 2 x hand weights (1.5 – 9kg per hand)
  • 24 Spikey massage balls
  • 1 x feet up
  • 1 x massage bed
  • 1 x roller
  • Essential oil diffuser
  • Salt lamps
  • Kitchenet with 5 litre tea flask and 15 tea cups
  • Table and 4 chairs for meetings/ social time
  • 1 unisex washroom (with clothes hangers and enough room to change should someone require to do so)
  • Our studio is a no shoe zone, please use the shoe benches provided

All the equipment is for your use.

When booking your space you are required to give authorisation for future payments.

We do trust you all to take care of our beautiful communal space however we have to put this into our T & C’s in the event that:

Should any of the contents of the building: including the above listed, flooring, mirrors, lampshades etc get damaged, you will be charged for the cost of the materials, labour and an admin fee of £60 per hour .

Please let the Studio as you found it for the next person. Any work required to return the room back to its previous state wil be charged at £60 per hour.

HIRE OUR SPACE 

  • All bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled by BeMoore Connected.
  • Regular bookings are paid on the 1st of the month in advance via gocardless.
  • Ad hoc bookings are paid in advance via gocardless.

BUSINESS COACHING PACKAGES

  • We are here to coach passionate individuals to help our community and their business thrive.
  • We request a 12-month commitment for all persons on our business packages.
  • Fees for space hire, marketing and business coaching is paid each month up front based on a pro-rate of 48 weeks hire throughout the year.

BOOKING CLASSES, WORKSHOPS & COURSES IN ADVANCE

  • You may book in advance for classes, workshops & course online.
  • Although our studios are large, some of our classes may sell out.
  • If a class or workshops is fully booked in advance, we may still allow you to enter the class once it has started, depending on whether there are any last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
  • If the class is full you will be put onto the wait list and advised when space has become available.
  • There is a limit to how many students can be in each studio. This cannot be exceeded and we appreciate your compliance with this.

WORKSHOPS

  • We are unable to refund if you are unable to attend the workshop, however, you may gift your ticket to another person.
  • If you are unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances less than a week before the event, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
  • A one-day pass can only be used for one day.

REFUNDS

  • You may pass your booked spot for a Workshop or Retreat on to a friend at any time ahead of the date of the Event at no additional cost. We must be notified via email if a friend will attend in your place.

RETREATS

  • We are unable to refund if you are unable to attend the retreat, however, you may gift your space to another person.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space.
  • One your full payment is paid this is non-refundable.
  • The cost paid to BeMoore Connected Limited includes accommodation, food, non-alcoholic drinks, and inclusive daily activities.
  • You must organise your own flights, transfers and insurance.

CLASSES, WORKSHOPS & RETREATS: CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel a pre-booked class any time before the class without penalty fees.

You may pass your booked spot for a Workshop or Retreat onto a friend at any time ahead of the date of the Workshop at no additional cost. We must be notified via email if a friend will attend in your place.

In the case of a course or workshop or retreat being cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option of being transferred to another workshop or retreat of equal value.

PRIVATE CLASSES: CANCELLATION POLICY

  • We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. You can cancel by email or phone.
  • Providing you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled Private Class; we are able to reschedule your appointment. Alternatively, you will have the option to have the cost of the private class (-10% admin fee) refunded to your bank account OR have the full cost credited to your Account.
  • If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours, or if you simply do not attend your session, you will be charged the full fee.
  • A booking confirmation email and an appointment reminder email will be sent to you at the address that we have for you on your  Account. These will highlight the date and time for which you will be charged.
  • MERCHANDISE
  • Merchandise and retail items purchased can be returned and exchanged for an alike product or store credit only. This is only possible if returned within 14 days and with a valid receipt.
  • Should your purchase result in a negative balance on your Account, and should your card details be stored in the system, it is understood that we will attempt to rectify this by debiting your card online.

When using our website, you agree to:

  • Seek our written permission if you would like to link to our website or copy our content in any way, shape or form. By supplying us with material via digital or a hard copy, you allow us unlimited, royalty-free use of its content.
  • Thoroughly read and comply with our Terms and Conditions set out within. Anyone infringing on the aforementioned terms could be excluded from the use of our website.
