What is Group Sound Healing Meditation?
Sound Healing is an ancient form of healing using Himalayan and Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, Gongs, Tuning Forks, Drum and other instruments, resulting in deep relaxation and a profound sense of wellbeing. The healing frequency and vibration heals your mind, body and soul.
What to expect from a typical Sound Healing Meditation session?
You enter into a tranquil candle lit space smelling of gorgeous aromatherapy oils where your mat, cushions and blanket will be waiting for you. All you need to do is get yourself comfortable and close your eyes. Typically you will be lying down on a mat, but the session can be performed seated on a chair if you prefer. You will be lead through a guided meditation/visualisation and deep breathing exercises to prepare you for the sound healing that will follow. You will feel a deep sense of relaxation, peace and wellbeing.
